AERgO’s Group & Passenger team has moved sporting codes, touring acts, government delegations, school expeditions and repatriation groups across Australia and the globe since 2004. Every brief has a single AERgO coordinator end-to-end.
Group movements are complex: staggered check-ins, excess baggage, broadcast equipment, support staff on separate manifests, ground transport connections at both ends. We have run it all — the 200-pax U2 tour movement, the NRL Grand Final transport, the New Caledonia repatriation.
Charter aircraft are selected against passenger count, route distance and baggage load. We can run multi‑leg itineraries, split-party movements and return charters on the same aircraft with minimal turnaround time. Your whole team and their equipment, moving together and on schedule.
